At KmlaTechnologies LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. By registering for any of our services, clients agree to accept and adhere to this refund policy. This refund policy applies only to services provided directly by KmlaTechnologies LLP. It does not extend to services or products offered by third-party providers, external websites, or entities that we do not manage or employ.
*Refunds are considered a last resort when no mutually acceptable solution can be achieved.
*Clients are encouraged to collaborate with our team to resolve any issues or disputes regarding the service before filing a refund request.
Refund requests will only be entertained under the following conditions:
*80% refund of the kick-start amount if project is not kick-started.
*If KmlaTechnologies LLP fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
*If the project is terminated at any stage of the execution, whether it may be after design creation, build development or any other phases, the refund will depend upon the amount of work done. Partial refund will be done based on resources used until that stage of the project.
*If the project is completed and deployed on the server, no refunds will be done.

The following are non-refundable:
*Digital Products or Services:Any software, downloadable products, or licenses delivered to the client are non-refundable once activated or downloaded.
*Customized Services:Services that are tailored to the client’s specific needs, once partially or fully delivered.
*Milestone-Based Payments:Payments made for milestones that have been completed and approved by the client.
*Third-Party Costs:Costs incurred for third-party services or tools procured on behalf of the client.
In some cases, partial refunds may be considered:
*If the client cancels the project after partial completion, KmlaTechnologies LLP may refund a portion of the payment after deducting the cost of work completed up to that point.
For services that were not fully rendered, refunds will be proportional to the percentage of work completed.
*Client-Initiated Cancellations:Clients may cancel projects or services at any time. Refunds for cancellations will be handled based on the work completed as of the cancellation date.
*Company-Initiated Cancellations:In rare cases where KmlaTechnologies LLP must cancel a project, clients will receive a full refund of any payments made for undelivered services.
*Before filing for a refund, both parties agree to resolve disputes through open communication and collaboration.
*If a resolution cannot be reached, refunds will be issued based on the terms outlined above.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Submit a written request via email to info@kmlatechnologies.com, including:
*Project details or invoice number.
*Reason for the refund request, along with supporting documentation (e.g., proof of agreement, communication logs, etc.).
*Our team will review the request within 5 business days and communicate the decision to the client.
*Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of the approval date and credited to the original payment method.
